An NFT Collection is Interested in Investing to Venezuelan Finance Initiatives

Vicente Zavarce, the CEO and founder of the delivery service Yummy, announced the release of an NFT collection on his Twitter page. The sales revenue from this project will be utilized to finance new businesses in Venezuela.

The NFT collection, which was shown on February 8th, has a picture of the green backpack that delivery drivers wear for the business use. The CEO has said that it is not feasible to produce tokens after the deadline has passed for the issuance of NFTs, which will last at least 7 days.

Zavarce promises on Twitter that everybody with a current Yummy prime membership will get a free NFT. They will then get an email with information on how to claim it. After that, holders of these NFTs would enjoy more advantages on the Yummy and Yummy Rides platforms. The business plans to make these benefits public soon.

According to Zavarce, all of the funds received will go toward supporting and accelerating the growth of entrepreneurs founded in Venezuela. There are Yummie locations in four Latin American nations. They have a strong presence in Venezuela and Bolivia, where customers may use their mobile applications to manage deliveries, orders, online purchases, and taxi requests.

How will the Usage be in Yummy NFT Platform?

The Manifold platform is used for NFT issuing. It now exclusively takes payments in Ethereum and has a set price of around 0.007 ETH, or $11.49 (ETH). The most popular format for NFTs on this network is ERC721, and tokens are in this format.

Therefore, anyone wishing to engage with these NFTs should do so via a DeFi wallet, such as Metamask. The tokens may then be sold again on a variety of platforms, including Rarible, OpenSea, and LooksRare. Customers from Venezuela cannot, however, access OpenSea. Due to international sanctions, the service restricts country IPs.
