Trader Warns of Correction as BTC Dominance Reaches 2021 Levels

According to Alex Kuptsikevich, a senior market analyst at FxPro, Ethereum is continuing to lose market share to bitcoin and other altcoins. As a result, bitcoin’s share of all cryptocurrency capitalization has increased to 57.3%, the highest it has been since April 2021.

Despite this shift, it does not necessarily indicate an upward trend for bitcoin. In fact, the top cryptocurrency has pulled back below $67,000, losing 1% in the last day and nearly 4% from its peak on October 21st.

This recent development highlights the dynamic nature of the cryptocurrency market, where trends can change rapidly and impact the value of different digital assets. As investors navigate these fluctuations, staying informed and adapting to market conditions is essential for making informed decisions.
