England and Wales High Court of Justice Court Considers Stablecoin Tether USDT as Property in Case

A man named Fabrizio D’Aloia recently filed a lawsuit claiming to be a victim of a cryptocurrency scam. The lawsuit mainly involves the crypto exchange Bitkub, along with seven defendants, including two unidentified individuals and Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in terms of trading volume.

According to the legal documents, the case against Binance has been resolved. However, the lawsuit continues against the other defendants. D’Aloia alleges that he lost a significant amount of money due to the scam and is seeking justice through the legal system.
