Bitcoin experienced some fluctuations during the European morning, trading between $67,500 and $67,900 after dropping from above $68,000. Despite this, BTC is still over 1.2% higher in the last 24 hours, outperforming other major cryptocurrencies. Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL) have seen gains of around 0.75%, while Dogecoin (DOGE) is up nearly 1%. The broader digital asset market, as indicated by the CoinDesk 20 Index, has risen by just under 0.8%.
According to CoinDesk Indices data, Bitcoin is likely to end the week over 1% lower after failing to maintain its position above $68,000. While the cryptocurrency market continues to show some volatility, Bitcoin remains a key player to watch.
